Much Love is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order.

These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms, along with my Refund and Returns Policy and my Shipping Policy. Please read them before ordering.

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.

Placing an order

Adding something to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when I email you to confirm your order has been accepted. I reserve the right to decline an order - for example if I can't produce the personalisation requested, if an item is mispriced, or if I can't fulfil it for any other reason. If I decline, you'll get a full refund.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK delivery where a free delivery threshold applies. I try to keep everything accurate, but if an obvious pricing error occurs I'll contact you before making anything, and you'll be free to cancel.

Personalisation — please read carefully

  • Your personalisation will be produced exactly as you enter it, including spelling, capitalisation, punctuation and dates. Please check it before submitting.
  • I can't refund or remake items because of a mistake in the details supplied at the time of ordering, though I'll always try to help and will only charge for materials where I can.
  • If something looks like an obvious error, I'll email you before making it - but I can't promise to catch everything.
  • Where I send a digital proof for approval, making begins once you confirm it.

Images and artwork you supply

If you send me a photograph, logo, artwork or design to use, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. I can't reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without evidence of permission, and I may decline a request on that basis.

Handmade variation

Everything is made by hand, some from natural materials. Wood grain, colour and figure vary from piece to piece, and small variations in finish are part of how handmade items look. Photographs are as accurate as I can make them, but screens differ, and your item may vary very slightly from the images shown. This isn't a fault.

My designs

All designs, artwork, photographs and written content on this website belong to Much Love and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without written permission. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to reproduce the design.

Food products

Chocolate products are repackaged by Much Love from a registered food business. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on the wrapper, as approved by Gloucester City Environmental Health. Please read it before ordering and contact me if you have any doubt. Please check the best-before date on arrival and store as directed. Food products are not sent outside the UK.

Children's products

Some items are keepsakes and decorative pieces rather than toys, and are not intended for unsupervised play by young children. Where an item is intended for children, any age guidance and safety information will be stated in the listing. Please follow it.

My liability

I'll always do my best to put things right. To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or my liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Your data

I handle your personal information in line with my Privacy Policy. I'll never sell your details, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Complaints

If something's gone wrong, please email info@much-love.uk. I read and reply to everything myself, usually within 2 working days, and I'd much rather hear from you directly than see it in a review.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
